Since I have joined the KPMG Technology Transformation team, I have focused on working on business improvement through process optimization. In the following, I just describe my two most recent missions, because I worked on many projects and if I list them all, then the reading of my resume could be a time-consuming process.   • The definition of a Core Business Model: our client was one of the French leaders in the Energy. Evolving in a competitive environment, this client aimed to improve the efficiency of its processes through the deployment of an ERP : SAP. The concerned processes were: Procurement, Sales, Logistic, Maintenance, Finance and Reporting.During this mission I worked on:
    • The definition of the "as is" processes. The most important steps were:
      • Analyze and challenge the existing documentations provided by the client.
      • Participate in business and IT requirements gathering workshops.
    • The definition of the "to be" processes based on the client context, standards and best practices. The most important steps during this phase were:
      • Design the new processes.
      • Validate the processes through business and IT workshops.
    • The production of the request for proposal (RFP) for choosing a system integrator.
    • The assistance in the examination of tender answers.
    • The project management:
      • Create and maintain the project schedule.
      • Ensure all deliverables are met in a timely basis.
      • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
      • Monitor and manage risk and issue.
      • Produce regular status reporting.
  • The optimization of financial processes: our client was one of the European leaders in the retail sector. The objectives of this project was the improvement of the financial processes in order to have a better strategic management and budget planning. The definition of the new processes was accompanied by the deployment of Oracle ERP.During this mission I worked on:
    • The definition of IT requirements needed to support the process optimization. The most important steps were:
      • Participate in business gathering workshops.
      • Analyze and challenge the existing "as is" processes.
      • Assist in design of the new processes.
    • The production of the request for proposal (RFP) and assistance in the examination of tender answers.

Period : November 2013 - March 2014
Employer : Promethean & Learling Lab

In this project, we were particularly interested in an interactive table named ActivTable. In charge of the project, my team and I aimed to provide an interface design for business uses. The strategic issues motivating this work were the development of the business offers for companies by coming up with solutions more in tune with market realities.Working with Promethean company on the achievement of that objective, we had to start by understanding their goals and then define their needs in order to propose innovative solutions that meet their expectations.Managing the projet and the team, during this mission I worked on:

  • Define the target interface:
    • Conduct business requirement sessions.
    • Benchmark of interface designs and touchscreen uses.
    • Produce prototypes.
    • Validate prototypes with business and operations teams.
  • The project management:
    • Collaborate with technology and business teams.
    • Create and maintain the project schedule.
    • Monitor and manage risk and issue.
    • Produce regular status reporting.
    • Manage the project tream.

Period : September 2010 - August 2013
Employer : LIG - Laboratoire Informatique de Grenoble

In charge of this project, I worked with many industrial partners : STMicroelectronics, Delta Dore, EASii IC and AIM. Collaborating with business teams, the objective of my mission was the optimization of the debug process throught data analytics techniques. The accomplished work results in:

During this mission I worked on:
  • The definition of the "as is" processes. The most important steps were:
    • Collaborate with partner teams to analyze and challenge the existing process.
    • Conduct business requirement sessions.
  • The definition and the design of the "to be" process. The key steps were:
    • Perform a benchmark of data analytics techniques that can be used to optimize the business process.
    • Design the new process.
    • Develop the CoMET tool using Scrum.
  • The change management:
    • Define the communication plan.
    • Define the training plan.
    • Identify and train key-users.
  • The project management:
    • Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams.
    • Create and maintain the project schedule.
    • Monitor and manage risk and issue.
    • Produce regular status reporting.

Period : September 2013 - August 2014
Employer : The office of students - MS Empire

Leading the communication team of EM Lyon students office, we aimed to design and implement an information system to speed up the process of planning and organizing student events. This realized work was accompanied by the deployment of the defined solutions and the training of students office members.Our work increased participation rates in students events by 60%.
